Josemaria Henriquez
InstructorHello! My name is Jose Henriquez and I look forward greatly to being a part of the AMHSA mission and community. Throughout my entire career as a student, I have been deeply blessed to work with many educators who taught me to love learning and have since been inspired to share this love with as many as possible. This, combined with a lifelong call to serve my community, has brought me everywhere from directing music clubs in high school, coaching at summer soccer camps, and being a Student Advocate and Mentor during my studies at University of Houston. All these opportunities to serve my communities and inspire joy in learning and service have brought me to Ave Maria Homeschool Academy in the hopes to continue doing so as part of the mission here. While studying everything from my Faith to my fascinations do take up much of my time, I greatly enjoy spending time with my family and friends, or indulging in my other hobbies of cycling and musical theater. I am overjoyed to work with each and every student and their family to make this year as fun and fulfilling as possible!

Gianna Rossi
InstructorHi! My name is Gianna Rossi, and I'm so excited to be joining AMHSA this year! I earned my GED in 2025 and am currently studying Psychology at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio. After earning my associates there, I plan to transfer to UTSA and continue working toward my goal of becoming a therapist and eventually specialize in art therapy. I have had the opportunity to teach children's summer art classes through UTSA's Summer Art Studios program at the Southwest Campus. Those experiences showed me how much I enjoy working with kids and helping them grow in their creativity. I love encouraging creativity, kindness, and curiosity, and my goal is to create a classroom where every child feels welcomed, supported, and excited to learn each day. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy creating art and am especially inspired by surrealism. I love trying new creative projects, spending time with family and friends, and exploring local coffee shops. I feel truly blessed to be part of the St. Francis Cabrini Homeschool community and look forward to getting to know your family and making this a fun, faith-filled, and memorable school year together!
